Every view can be scoped to: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, Current Year,<\/strong> or All Time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Revenue Trends<\/h2>\n

The revenue chart shows how your business moves over time \u2014 spot your busy seasons, slow weeks, and growth at a glance.<\/p>\n

Outstanding Balances<\/h2>\n

See every work order with money still owed, so following up is a glance instead of an audit. Balances also appear on each work order’s Financials section, and the Payment Received<\/em> status prompt helps keep this list honest.<\/p>\n

Profit Analysis<\/h2>\n

Profit = revenue \u2212 parts cost (your labor is the product). Reviewing profit by period tells you whether your parts markup and labor rate are actually working. If margins sag, the fix is usually one of those two settings.<\/p>\n
